Hi! I’m Sadie, a Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I grew up playing multiple sports and fell in love with weightlifting as a teenager. While I was always active, I also struggled with an eating disorder. During my recovery, I realized how much the fitness world lacked inclusive spaces for people who wanted to train athletically but didn’t “fit the mold.”
So, I became what I once needed.
I’m passionate about making weightlifting, plyometrics, and speed work accessible to people of all body sizes and abilities. Our bodies are strong, capable, and powerful, and we don’t need to shrink ourselves to meet unrealistic standards. My goal is to help you build confidence in your body and its abilities through strength and movement.
