BOPO Zumba combines Latin and international music with energetic dance moves to create a fun and engaging workout. The lively routines incorporate interval training, alternating between fast and slow rhythms, along with resistance training to enhance cardiovascular health and muscle tone.

BOPO Stretch & Mobility focuses on stretching, strengthening, and mobilizing the entire body. Participants will move their joints through rotations, flexions, and extensions, while challenging muscles and increasing flexibility in areas such as the hips, shoulders, back, glutes, and more.

BOPO Strength and Stretch is a perfect blend of powerful strength training and calming flexibility work. This class kicks off with an engaging strength session. Following the strength portion, the class shifts focus to restorative deep stretching, designed to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and support recovery.

BOPO Restore offers the perfect opportunity to wind down with a restorative yoga practice. The class begins with a slow-flow warm-up, leading into a prop-assisted restorative sequence designed to deeply relax the body and mind. It concludes with a guided meditation to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.

BOPO Pop Pump is a lively interval training class where you’ll lift, sweat, and sing along to an upbeat music playlist. This full-body workout combines strength and cardio movements, all synced to the rhythm of the music. Participants will work in circuits, alternating between 2 or 3 exercises with rest periods in between, ensuring a dynamic and fun experience.

BOPO Dance Cardio is a fun, high-energy dance-inspired cardio class where you choose your intensity! Move to upbeat, energizing music while following along with a variety of cardio-focused movements. The class includes plenty of variations, repetition, and rest periods, finishing with a relaxing cool-down stretch to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed.
